I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I received my Master’s Degree from Faulkner University. I have experience working with adults, in regards to transitioning to adulthood, effects of childhood and adult trauma, parenting and rebuilding the child-parent relationship, mood disturbances (anxiety and depression), and relational conflicts. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques as treatment modalities for this population.
