I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, down-to-earth, interactive, and has a touch of humor.
