I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oregon with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of life struggles including affective disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, personality issues, neuro-cognitive disorders, and adjusting to life stressors. I also have helped individuals who experience disabilities as well as men who are working on integrated sexual identity. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe a supportive therapeutic relationship is based on respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have a psychodynamic orientation and employ approaches from trauma informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief solution focused psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and assertive community treatment.
