I’m Jemma Coleman. You’ll enjoy working with me if you like a warm and encouraging, to-the-point approach to counseling. I have over 14 years of experience working with a wide variety of issues, the usual, like anxiety and depression, as well as a few areas of specialization, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and ART (accelerated resolution therapy). I find getting my clients up and running in their lives on their own two feet to be extremely rewarding. I believe in the capacity of all people to find ways to love and support themselves to better health and find great joy assisting in that process. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor with a Masters and Specialist Degree from the University of Florida.
