Hi! I’m Jenn and I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Tampa, Florida. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and substance abuse as well as those just having difficulties dealing with everyday life. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and children and love watching people increase self-awareness and create sustainable change in their lives. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use these modalities in individual, family and group settings. I take an individualized approach to every client I work with. Everyone has a unique story to tell I am here to listen and help them work through any challenges. My goal is to see my clients reach their highest potential. I want to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in all areas. I want to empower them to identify the things that could be blocking them and how to break though. My clients appreciate my authentic and genuine approach to treatment.
