I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania with 6 years of professional work experience in mental health therapy; however, I have been working with children, teens, and families in a variety of settings for 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & anger management. I most often use client centered therapy, or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emphasizing building coping skills and relaxation techniques, with aspects of mindfulness.
