I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have a background in education and have been a licensed therapist since 2013. My goal is to improve the quality of life for my clients, as well as their families, through improved communication, appropriate life-balance, and positive change. My therapy style includes forming a professional relationship with my clients while providing a combination of cognitive-behavior therapy and rational-emotive therapy. My expertise has been in behavior changes for children as well as adults, coping with and working through anxiety, and improving the effects of depression on personal well-being.
