I am licensed in New York state with 19 years of clinical work experience and 26 years experience in the mental health field. I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings, from a community mental health clinic, conducting in-home sessions, to my own private practice which now includes video sessions. My career has focused on helping people cope with stress, grief and loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and trauma. I believe everyone should have access to mental health care, a safe space and the opportunity to heal, reflect and learn to be the best version of themselves.
