I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice working to help clients develop the necessary insight and skills that lead to a fulfilling and productive life. I provide a combination of psychotherapy and life coaching for individuals, couples, and families. My psychotherapy training and personal experiences raising a child with special needs has led to my passion of helping others overcome life’s challenges. No matter how much we plan out our lives, it never works out the we expect it to. My approach to supporting you is two-fold: I provide you with the tools, skills, and resources you need to achieve your goals, and I help you develop the necessary insight and coping skills so you can improve your emotional health. I received my BA in 1993 from Clark University in Worcester MA and I completed my masters in social work at NYU in 1995. I look forward to helping you move forward and live the life you want!
