Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I have been married for 23 years and have 2 adult sons. I have been providing individual, marriage, and family counseling for 25 years in private practice, and other social service agencies. I have experience with a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management issues, parenting, trauma experiences, and relationship conflicts. My approach to therapy is to be direct and honest with my clients. I will always incorporate what you think and how you feel into where we are going in therapy. Depending on what your treatment goals are, I use some different therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My focus is to ensure you have a safe and protected place to share your experiences by building respect and honesty in all of our interactions.
