I am licensed in Florida with more than 35 years of professional work experience as a therapist for adults, adolescents, and children. I currently specialize in work with women of all ages. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety and stress, trauma and abuse, self esteem and confidence, depression, loss, coping with changes, and navigating relationships in your life. The most important relationship is your relationship with yourself- learning to know yourself, past influences, and identifying what you need to optimize your happiness and sense of peace.
