Throughout the 35 years of being present with people working in my office I have fostered a style of weaving together an approach of mindfulness, CBT /DBT skills training, and psychodynamic techniques to assist my clients in gaining a multi-level healing experience. I value the power of unconditional positive regard for each person’s own unique journey and support the acquisition of new skills in gaining mastery to address such issues as as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, as well as navigating the complexities of relationships.   I am at once compassionate and passionate about assisting others in the spirit of seeking a healthy, mindful sense of grace for living in this complicated world of ours.
