I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health issues and individuals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, addiction, relationship issues, life change transitions, career challenges, and more. I conduct individual, couples, and family therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, empathy and as equals. My approach is eclectic and my counseling combines Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, Solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic and rational-emotive behavior therapy.
