I specialize in working with people struggling with ADD and ADHD symptoms as well as LGBTQ+ folks, pre-teens, teens and adults on issues related to coming out, identity exploration, navigating marginalization, medical gender affirmation, and other topics. Overall, my approach is focused on empowering clients. I also provide support to clients seeking medical gender affirmation. I am teaching people how to relate to the world, until the world becomes more accepting. I work with youth specifically to improve issues related transition, attachment, school related difficulties, impulse control, anger, not taking directions, anxiety and depression. I work with adults and youth to improve self-empowerment, self-esteem, self-worth, body dysmorphia and more. I am empathetic, compassionate and warm in my therapy style. I specialize in bringing out those tools, and strengths that have always resided inside of you. I work to empower my clients to bring about the change that they have always desired.
