In addition to anxiety and depression, I treat trauma and those that desire to explore their sexuality and/or have relationship problems. I am a certified hypnotherapist and have found hypnosis beneficial to those wanting to reduce fears, change habits, or address emotional pain. Additionally, I am trained in sex coaching, TF-CBT, CPT, and Gottman therapy.
