I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Orlando, Florida. I have worked as both a school-based and private practice counselor for ten years and enjoy helping individuals grow and find purpose for their lives. I am passionate about helping others walk through difficult seasons of life and assisting them as they work through grief and pain. I believe everyone deserves a safe and empathetic place to process the ups and downs of life and move toward healing. I have worked extensively with teenagers and children in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, family conflict, future/college planning, and more. I utilize different counseling approaches based on the individual. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapy.
