I have experience in helping clients to cope with stress, depression and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I enjoying helping others work to improve their ability to advocate for themselves, improve ability to utilize healthy coping skills and self care. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I typically offer sessions during work hours 8 am to 5pm.
