My approach is psychodynamic and other approaches, it depends on the client and what is needed. Each individual is unique as well as their issues. I have worked with substance abuse for several years, familiar with Alcoholics Anonymous and addictions. Worked for many years dealing with anxiety and depression. My approach depends on what the dynamics are within each unique situation. I’m a Christian but also respect other peoples choices.
