The right match is out there and starting to seek out help is the best step to take toward taking care of your needs. For the past 15-years I’ve been working with older adults to help support their goal of “aging in place”. In my work I’ve had the opportunity to not only provide support to the older adults, but to the many spousal caregivers and adult children trapped in the “sandwich generation”. In addition to my work in aging, I’m a clinically trained social worker with over 20-years experience treating individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. Taking the first step toward getting help isn’t easy, but it’s heading in the right direction to start feeling differently.
