I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and chronic health issues. Prior to working in the medical field, I worked in mental health clinics and helped patients manage and overcome life crises. I also specialize in helping people get connected with community resources for basic needs such as affordable housing, food, and health insurance. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and solution-focused. I believe that listening well and meeting people where they are at emotionally, mentally, and in all aspects is key. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your own specific needs and what you would like to achieve.
