You are unique and there’s no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I am compassionate, dedicated and honest. I will start where you are comfortable and give you skills to cope and problem solve through supportive solution-focused, motivational and mindful modalities. I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with individuals and families for over 20 years. I received my Masters in Social Work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in NYC.
