I am a mental health practitioner licensed in New York, with experience working as a psychotherapist, as well as a life coach. I have worked with a wide range of clients, but I specialize with adolescents and young adults. I have worked with these clients to address a number of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and trauma. My counseling style is focused on helping clients re-discover their own strengths. Too often when we are faced with the burdens of life we become overwhelmed and feel powerless, exhausted, frustrated, and/or hopeless. That’s where I come in. Using a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, I look to help clients find the strength they always had to handle the stressors of everyday life.
