I am licensed in Colorado with 19 years of professional work experience. I have been working in a community mental health setting and have provided counseling to adults and teens that have a variety of issues; including anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, low motivation, low self esteem and confidence. My therapy style and approach draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy interventions. I have a relaxed easy going approach style and want to work with a person where they are at in their personal journey.
