Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Alaska with over 12 years of experience. I live in a rural community and work with a wide variety of issues with my clients. I have extensive experience in working with clients living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. I also have extensive experience working with couples and families. I have been trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy and work to help couples identify areas of conflict in their relationship and provide the support and tools they need to discover their resources to find happiness together. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
