I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. I have 23 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I provide counseling that is confidential, compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental which provides you a space to speak freely and candidly. I have worked with a wide array of clients of all ages that have a broad range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, family dynamic distress, self-injuring behaviors, trauma, and emotional abuse. I have experience in working with individuals from different cultural, ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. My goal for you is happiness.
