The courage to embark upon change in one’s life can be seemingly challenging while also exciting. I believe that depression, anxiety, anger in addition to the wide range of human emotions are often our barometer that is informing our need for a new direction; a new path. I have devoted the last twenty five years of my career meeting individual in what often is described as a crossroads. Partnering with one who is looking to change their path is my passion. I believe strongly in the curative and corrective nature of the therapeutic relationship.
