I am licensed in South Carolina with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, women’s issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work to help my clients increase self awareness which is the first step towards change. My belief is that each individual has within him or her self the resources they need to live a more authentic and satisfying life.
