I have worked in various settings i.e. residential, community based, schools, homes, hospital outpatient clinics, and virtually/telemedicine. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Both personally and professionally I have had the privilege to bear witness to humanities highest highs and lowest lows.
