I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the great state of Texas with over five years in the field of mental health. I work with clients with a diverse set of challenges including depression, anger, anxiety, relationships, Men’s challenges, failure to launch, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and addiction, and career/workplace stress and challenges. My counseling approach is person-centered and focuses on the strengths that you will bring to the session to resolve your problems. I am action oriented, and I believe that you are capable of making changes happen in your life. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused methodologies in my practice, depending on what your needs are.
