I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Master of Science in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology. I have 7 years of experience in addiction counseling, family grief counseling and I support my clients to gain insight, strength and a greater sense of self-compassion and well-being. I use a holistic approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and communication skills to heal relationships and change addictive behavior. My techniques include physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practices to assist you in regaining your clarity and enthusiasm for your life.
