I am licensed in Nebraska with 6 years of professional work experience. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in education and still do some educational consulting. Immediately after leaving education, I worked in the field of sexual health as a consultant and mental health provider. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. When appropriate, I still love to work on empowering people within their sexuality and reducing any shame messages that society tends to send around our bodies and sex.
