I am licensed in Idaho with 13 years of professional work experience. I am certified in both trauma interventions and attachment focused therapy. My passion is helping people learn about the mind and body connection and how to create safety within. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, motivation, self esteem, and ADHD, autism & depression.
