Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin. I’ve worked with adults suffering from a variety of concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, disabilities, and life changes / hardships to PTSD, trauma and domestic violence. I have a very warm, welcoming, and empathetic approach to creating a safe and fulfilling therapeutic relationship with my clients. My approach is holistic by viewing the client as a whole person – mind, body and spirit. I utilize evidence-based modalities including cognitive, person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, and trauma informed therapies (and more) in my practice. I’m also certified as an integrative holistic psychotherapist, so bringing in physical and mental health together as one to find additional relief. I believe each person is their own expert, and I will meet you with the tools that can specifically help you.
