I am licensed in Colorado with 3 years of professional work experience.My primary training is in Buddhist Contemplative Psychotherapy and teach mindfulness and meditation. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & lgbt-related issues. I also have experience working with depression.
