I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and self-love and self-care enthusiast in the state of Florida with over eight years of experience in mental health and wellness. I have worked with individuals, families and groups of all ages with focuses on end of life, grief, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, stress, anxiety, depression and caregiver fatigue. I am committed to helping all humans learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My work focuses on targeting negative thoughts, beliefs and traditions around self. I believe in taking a person-centered approach when helping clients reach their goals, while utilizing motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy.
