I am licensed in New Mexico with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relational problems, burnout, existential dread, feeling lost, lacking self-esteem/confidence. I serve many different demographics but specialize in trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety and personality disorders. I also love helping clients navigate boundaries, healthy relationships, communication and helpful coping skills. Beyond any expertise I may have, I really just love therapy. I know what a profound impact it can make in a persons life. Being a deeply feeling person in a messy world is a beautiful thing, but sometimes it can also be isolating, confusing and painful. I am here to help you navigate that and figure out how to “hold both.” I will hold you accountable and be real with you, but also remind you to practice lots of gentleness & compassion towards yourself as we go on this journey together.
