Most of us don’t seek help until the pain is too great and we come to a point where we admit that we need help; that we just can’t do this on our own. It can often feel defeating because we have been taught that we ‘should’ be able to handle anything if we put our minds to it. The reality is it takes a great deal of courage to ask for and accept help. I applaud you in taking this step.
