I am a LCSW in the state of Louisiana. I have over 30 years of experience working with diverse clients and issues. I have expertise in anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar and psychosis. I use techniques such as EMDR, Desensitization and Reprocessing with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I consider myself nonjudgmental and use nonviolent communication. I believe in philosophy that you cannot separate mind , body and spirit therefore working holistically with my clients, using a variety of techniques. I look forward to working with you.
