I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, life & career coaching. I offer EMDR Therapy, which is a brain based treatment modality to help clients reprocess trauma stored in the body, negative self beliefs and performance anxiety. I work with my clients to create a safe non-judgemental environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared. I enjoy helping people learn how not only to “survive”, but to learn to thrive from a whole life wellness wholistic approach.
