Welcome! My name is Kara Bates. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) who has had experience in a variety of counseling settings. I offer individual, child, and family counseling. I provide a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and social needs. I approach therapy in an integrative, client-centered way in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I assist and guide you through interpersonal changes and healing. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and more.
