Growing up in North Carolina, I have had the privilege and joy of working in community mental health, hospital settings, and private practice. With over 18+ years of experience, I enjoy and am passionate about what I get to do each and everyday. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
