About me
Hello, and welcome. I am primarily an emotional release therapist, but have training in CBT / DBT / EFT and other modalities… I have worked as a therapist for public mental health facilities for over 7 years, and have worked with psych hospitals exclusively for the last 8 years, but I miss having direct contact with clients, vs working behind the scenes on their behalves.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, from ADHD to OCD to just about everything in between, but my favorite populations are hoarders, those with depression, and people who have suffered serious trauma, such as first responders, or victims of trauma. My favorite technique to use is one that combines the CLIENT’S FAITH BASE (belief in a higher power, prayer), with some ENERGY WORK. It is effective and quick, and most of the people I’ve worked with have seen resolution within 1-3 sessions. Please bear in mind, that you may need longer than that, based on your trauma and duration, but as this is so quick and effective, It’s my preferred method for getting you up and out of the trenches so that you can start approaching your life from a more balanced standpoint. Once your “stuck” points are worked out, then we can continue therapy from a more educational standpoint, where you’ll learn techniques, strategies and skills.
Welcome…. I’m glad you’re here…. Let’s get started….
