I am a licensed professional counselor with approximately seven years of experience working with people struggling with mental health concerns. I have experience working with: depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, addiction issues, and career counseling. My approach to therapy is collaborative and non-judgmental. I draw from many different types of counseling techniques such as: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), prolonged exposure (PE), person-centered, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
