Specifically, I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, history of abuse, relational difficulties, mood disorders and externalizing behaviors in children and adolescents. In my daily practice, I frequently use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other trauma-informed therapies.
