I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New York. I have over thirteen years experience working with individuals and their families in a variety of settings (private and clinic based counseling, inpatient hospital, and school). I believe in compassion and empathy and building a therapeutic relationships with my clients. I have worked with clients dealing with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, coping with life changes, family and relationships issues, and trauma. I believe in a client centered approach and providing my clients with support to help them find solutions to challenging situations. I am warm and soft spoken and do not believe in labeling or placing judgments on people or situations. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them along on their life journeys.
