I am a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania and have been working in the field for 4+yrs. My experience ranges from working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, panic attacks, substance issues and more. My approach is that of a client-based modality with CBT skills involved. I offer faith-based counseling to those who would like biblical truth and prayer incorporated into their sessions as well. I believe that each of us can teach and learn from one another; our stories are important and even if there are some darker shades mixed in, the tapestry of our lives are absolutely beautiful. Sometimes we just need some light shed on it to see. My availability is Monday through Thursday. Friday-Sunday, I am unavailable.
