Hi, my name is Katherine and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, and coping with life changes. I also have experience working with adults who have ADHD. I work with all of my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
