I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working as a Clinical Social Worker. I have assisted adults, children and families struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, child abuse and trauma, low self-esteem and coping with life’s ups and downs. I also have experience helping individuals and families cope with a new medical diagnosis, disability or loss. My goal is to empower you with the skills you need to cope with life’s challenges.
