I am a relationally focused psychotherapist licensed in Texas with 25 years of professional work experience. As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, family of origin issues, trauma and abuse, as well as motivation, self esteem and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
