I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I am also a board certified art therapist with over 20 years experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in individual settings. The clinical issues I have the most experience in are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and stress management. I have also helped many people who suffer from trauma. My specialty is working with children/teens. My counseling style is person-centered. I believe that counseling should focus on the whole person, their experiences, and environmental situations. Treating people with respect, dignity, and sensitivity is extremely important to me. Mindfulness and focusing on the here and now are a top priority in my therapeutic approach.
